A Study On The Use Of Words In Blessing Words In Dongba Scriptures

Dongba script is an ancient Naxi script,which vividly records the splendid and long Naxi culture.The ceremony of offering sacrifices to heaven in the Dongba sacrificial ceremony is （?）³³ y²¹ p^hv⁵⁵ tv²¹ （enyupudu）.These people pray to the three gods of heaven,earth and cypress,hoping to avoid disasters and obtain the protection of ancestors,so as to achieve prosperity and longevity.Most of the blessing words in the ceremony of offering sacrifices to heaven are the same or similar,and the structure is stable.They are basically composed of four character words,and the words are diverse and rich.As an important part of Dongba sacrificial ceremony,the study of its blessing words is helpful for us to have a deeper understanding of the ancient Naxi history and culture,to explore the rules of using words in specific Dongba documents,and to have a deeper and comprehensive understanding of the nature of Dongba language.Starting from the literature,this paper focuses on the use of blessing words in the ceremony of offering sacrifices to heaven:1、 In order to explore the maturity of Dongba language,this paper studies the recording methods used in the blessing language of offering sacrifices to heaven,and divides it into three kinds of expression methods: phonetic,ideographic and combination of meaning and sound.2、 From the perspective of the correspondence between language and text,this paper studies the completeness of the written records of blessing words in the scriptures of offering sacrifices to heaven,and probes into whether the language and text units of blessing words are one-to-one correspondence,and analyzes the causes behind them.3、 This paper discusses the word order of blessing words in sacrificial scriptures.This paper combs the word order of blessing words and makes a detailed statement,analyzes its characteristics and discusses the causes.4、 This paper discusses the differences in the use of words in blessing words,analyzes them from three perspectives: different scriptures,scribes and the places where the Scriptures are stored,and tries to analyze the reasons behind them.Through the relevant research and statistics of the above four parts,we can see the big from the small,and show the nature and characteristics of Dongba literature from a new perspective.
