| "How to cultivate moral people" is the core problem of moral education research, the character education based on Aristotle’s ethics, the answer to this problem is "to cultivate moral people is to cultivate virtue people".However, character education is faced with many criticisms, which are rooted in the egocentric problems faced by its ethical foundation :(1)actors attach more importance to their own intrinsic interests than others;(2)The actor focuses too much on virtue and fails to really care about others.Supporters of Aristotelian ethics respond to this criticism from different angles, but none of these responses really solve the problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper looks for resources from caring ethics and tries to integrate the caring mechanism into Aristotle’s virtue ethics,so as to increase the importance of relations in character education and solve the problem of egocentrism. |
