| With the modernization and urbanization progresses,foreign employment has become a major source of Shanghai resident population growth,the absolute number of the population and increasing year by year.The huge number of foreign workforce into cities,in urban development,modernization made great contributions apart,due to the impact of labor personnel system and the household registration system and other aspects,such as to bring its pension insurance,pension and other issues receive the pension area.Shanghai appear non-permanent workforce in terms of the pension problem will not only affect the enthusiasm of their work and life,and also hinder the economic development of Shanghai and social stability.Although the current employment of non-nationals in Shanghai population not into the pension phase,however,the huge number of population in the future pensions of many problems and choices Shanghai will design future pension plan and related systems have a great impact.Therefore,the study wil ingness pension and non-pension issues Shanghai nationals on the workforce in the future,and the future has important practical significance.Papers relevant theories based on the employment of non-nationals in Shanghai population studies pension issues.Application of population flow theory to analyze the reasons and characteristics of the current floating population appears;using the push-pull theory analysis of non-pension wil ingness nationality workforce in Shanghai;the expected theoretical analysis using non-Shanghai nationality workforce in pension expectations.Meanwhile,the combination of social survey and data analysis for research and data analysis,statistical results obtained more data support.First,from the two aspects of the current pension of non-nationals in Shanghai Labor and Employment of the resident population and pension wil ingness analysis.Pension Security Analysis by non-Shanghai Ji Employment resident population surveys,including policy support,personal security,pension insurance payment standard,payment rate,participation rate,so as to understand the current non-Shanghai Ji Employment resident population in old-age security aspects the basic situation;pension wil ingness mainly on the selection and select local retirement pension models to analyze two aspects to understand the wishes of the current non-pension employment nationality Shanghai resident population.And through the analysis of survey data,to identify the problems of the current employment of non-nationals resident population of Shanghai in the pension faced,while forecasting future pension problems we may face.Finally,analysis of the reasons for the current pension issues arise,we proposed to solve the employment of non-nationals resident population of Shanghai pension problem countermeasures.Article theoretical analysis,based situation analysis and empirical research,summarized the pension problem of non-Shanghai nationals employment population are: Pension missing security system and the rule of law;insufficient level old-age security;pension insurance wil ingness to participate is not enough and the future pension concerns.Suggestions include the relevant legal system and a sound system of old-age security,to build multi-level old-age security system,expanding pension coverage,improve the level of participation in the pension insurance,pension strengthen awareness,strengthen confidence and other future pension. |
