The Design And Implementation Of Administrative Case Auxiliary Trial Platform

With the continuous advancement of the rule of law and the rapid development of information technology,administrative trial justice and judicial service for the people have become the goal of courts at all levels.The original intention of the Administrative Case Auxiliary Trial Platform is to improve the work quality and research level of the national court administrative trial,and to promote the construction of judicial trial business informatization.The platform is committed to timely discovering typical cases,summarizing trial experience,stimulating the work vitality of administrative judges,constantly improving the quality of administrative trial documents and the ability to resolve administrative disputes,and finally building the platform into a professional service platform for administrative judges across the country.This thesis firstly introduces the project background,development status and project significance of the Administrative Case Auxiliary Trial Platform,and then briefly introduces the core technologies used in the platform,including Spring Boot framework,Hibernate framework,JPA,Lucene and Elasticsearch full-text search.Then detailed system requirements analysis,according to the job requirements will be announced platform is divided into The Supreme Court Judge Administrative Cases and The Written Judgment Case Retrieval System,Administrative and Judicial Trial Summary Report for The Record System,Administrative Case Problem Discussion System,Administrative Trial Excellent Document Submitted System and Excellent Document Application System.This thesis analyzes the above system,summarizes the functions involved,and designs a feasible implementation scheme.Then the main functions of each system in the platform are described and displayed in the form of pictures.Finally,the function and performance tests of the platform are carried out,and the results show that the platform meets the expected functional requirements and has the capability of high performance and fast response.Based on the content of the research process of Administrative Case Auxiliary Trial Platform,user login module,the judicial documents and case retrieval module,export data query module,file upload download module,collection module,the trial plan vote module,online document preview module module,clerical mutual vote,winning the results of the public module,document full-text retrieval and so on module design and implementation.This platform adopts B/S mode,which reduces the development,use and maintenance cost of the platform.The front end of the platform uses Avalon framework to achieve good interactive pages,the back end uses Spring Boot to build the project framework,uses My SQL for data storage,and uses Hibernate object-relational mapping framework for database access.In addition,the platform uses Lucene to realize full-text document retrieval function and Elasticsearch to improve the platform’s data search efficiency.The platform has successfully held the sixth and seventh session of the national court administrative trial excellent business results evaluation activities,has a large number of courts at all levels of the country’s active users of administrative judges,but the platform is still in the stage of gradual improvement,is committed to building a more professional administrative case trial auxiliary platform,better serve the work of administrative judges.
