| Xicheng District of Beijing has gathered the heads of the party,government,army and most of its functional agencies.This is an important carrier of the four core functions of the capital city.The specific works has been undertaken and implemented by civil servants in Xicheng District.By study their physical and health issue,I am not only provide a basis for improving the fitness of civil servants and issuing exercise prescriptions,but also promote civil servants to establish the concept of responsibility for health.It helps them to achieve the sports life of the civil servants in Xicheng District,and improve the work efficiency and quality of civil servants’ life.By using literature data method,physical fitness test method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,I have randomly selected 764 serving civil servants and divided them into 7 groups according to national fitness measurement standards and age to conduct physical fitness test.Independent sample T test was applied to analyze the data.Research result: The height of men and women decreases with age;the male BMI is overweight,and the female BMI is generally in the normal range;the male and female body fat rates exceed the standard;19.6% of civil servants have less body muscle content;20% of civil servants have osteopenia,3.1% of civil servants have osteoporosis.With the increase of age,physical functions generally show a downward trend,male lung capacity is greater than female,female step test is better than male.men have a better performance in grip strength,vertical jump,and response are better than women;women are more outstanding in balance ability and flexibility.men have the better fitness than women;there were more participants choosing the longest walking,cycling,running;parks,highways and streets are the main exercise places;improving physical fitness is the primary exercise purpose;busy work and housework weight is an important factor that affects the participation of civil servants in physical exercise;dyslipidemia and hypertension ranks in the top two in civil servants’ chronic diseases.Conclusions and recommendations: the body fat rate of the civil servants tested is not optimistic;most of the civil servants have fitness habits,but lack of fitness technical guidance or suitable exercise intensity;bone loss should be paid attention to.It is suggested that relevant departments should improve civil servants’ health awareness,attach importance to the physical fitness,formulate relevant policies to support the fitness,and regularly test the fitness of civil servants to ensure that their fitness is effectively improved. |
