Research On The Standardization Construction Of Grassroots Public Security Organs In Taiyuan

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that China has entered a new era,major changes have taken place in the social environment of the people,and the people have pursued fairness and justice.These changes have put forward new and higher requirements for law enforcement by the public security organs.And the deepening of the law enforcement and standardization of public security organs is not only a response to the requirements of the times,but also an inherent requirement to strengthen the public security organs’ own construction.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the standardization of law enforcement by public security organs.The thesis focuses on the standardization of law enforcement construction of grass-roots public security organs in Taiyuan.After explaining the topic selection background,research methods,standardization construction of grass-roots public security organs,and grass-roots public security organs,this article analyzes the current status of law enforcement and standardization construction in Taiyuan.There is a gap between the quality of law enforcement subjects and the requirements of law enforcement standardization in the construction of law enforcement standardization of grass-roots public security organs.Law enforcement methods need to be further standardized,and the exercise of discretionary power needs to be regulated in three aspects.Analysis of the reasons is that there are many but inadequate and detailed institutional systems,lack of clear boundaries in law enforcement activities,and lack of corresponding systems for the movement of grass-roots police officers;inadequate training and education methods in the construction of law enforcement teams,lack of active police force,and awareness of the rule of law Weaknesses in areas such as weakness;and lagging in information technology construction;insufficient law enforcement guarantees.Aiming at the existing problems and their causes,five countermeasures are proposed to improve the construction of the system,build a high-quality professional law enforcement team,speed up the construction of law enforcement informatization,increase the guarantee of law enforcement standardization construction,and improve the supervision mechanism of law enforcement standardization construction.
