Research On The Standardization Of Law Enforcement In The Basic Public Security Organs

On May 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping,at the twenty-fourth meeting of the leading group of the central comprehensive deepening reform,elaborated on many shortcomings of the current law enforcement management mechanism in China,and pointed out the direction of reform of the standardization construction of public security organs in China.As the largest grass-roots organization in the public security organ,the grass-roots public security organ undertakes the glorious mission of ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property and maintaining the normal order of society,which is closely connected with the society,and also undertakes the most direct impact of social development and change.To study and realize the standardized construction of grass-roots public security law enforcement is conducive to improving the law enforcement efficiency of grass-roots public security organs,improving the existing law enforcement supervision and security system of public security organs,and improving the overall quality and cohesion of grass-roots public security police,so as to cope with the current more complex social environment.On the basis of the research on the construction of law enforcement standardization at home and abroad,this paper takes the problems encountered and produced by the public security organs in X county of S Province as the research object,and preliminarily analyzes various specific problems and their causes on the road of law enforcement standardization construction in China.It is found that there are some problems in the public security organs of X county,such as the low quality of the main body of law enforcement,the mixed content of law enforcement,and the insufficient guarantee of law enforcement,which affect the construction of law enforcement standardization.By analyzing and drawing on the experience of the construction of law enforcement standardization at home and abroad,this paper sums up the relevant contents.It is proposed that the public security organs should improve the quality of their members,optimize the allocation of basic police forces,and strengthen the law enforcement guarantee of the police We should improve the legal system and supervision mechanism to promote the realization of the goal of law enforcement standardization.This paper studies from the reality,from the practice,to achieve the practicability and operability of the research,hoping to put forward feasible suggestions for improving the level of law enforcement standardization of grass-roots public security organs,to make contributions to the construction of law enforcement standardization of public security organs in China,and to standardize law enforcement activities of other government departments.
