The main task of the party building work for college students is to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the continuous changes in the international and domestic situation,the rapid development of network informatization,how to cultivate high-quality young talents who have a firm political position and a combination of virtue and talent in a complex and changing social ideological trend is of great significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since 1978,the party building work of college students has made great progress,but there are still problems that need to be resolved.It is of great significance to explore effective countermeasures to solve the problem of the party building work of college students in the border minority areas under the development and changes in line with the new situation.Since the 19th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Commitee with Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to grassroots party building work,and the party building work of college students has been put on the new agenda.In the new era,the Party Central Committee adheres to the guidance of Marxism and the dissemination of Marxist scientific theories.Universities and colleges eamestly implement the Party’s education and construction policies,while constantly innovating the student party building work.In terms of the overall level,the party building work of college students shows an increasingly good trend.The quality of coollege student party members has been improved,the party spirit has been strengthened the systen construction has been improved,and the role of the party organization as a fortress has been strengthened.Yu does not conceal the flaws.The party construction work in colleges and universities still needs to be improved in a complex environment Therefore,this article attempts to find out the existing problems by analyzing the current situation of the party construction work of college students in the border minority areas,from ideological construction and style construction,Organization building system building,four aspects of how to strengthen and improve the party building work of college students in the minority areas of border areas in the new era.This thesis takes colleges and universities in frontier minority areas as an entry point and uses questionnaires to analyze the party building work of college students.First of all,the overall theoretical part of the party building work of college students is introduced,including the connotation,main content and characteristics of the party building work.As the first part of the article,it laid a theoretical foundation for the writing of the following article.Secondly,it introduces the development process of the party construction work of the college students in the frontier minority areas,and takes Y University as an example to specifically analyze the party construction work of the college students in the frontier minority areas and summarizes its experience and achievements.Finally,through the investigation results of Y university students,analyze their existing problems and causes,and put forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions that can improve the work of party building of Y university students based on the problems found.It is hoped that the analysis and investigation of this thesis will be of certain reference significance to the promotion of the party building work of college students in the border minority areas.
