Research village "two committee" incentive mechanism,is mainly based on the village "two committee" cadres,grassroots governance and national development.The cadres of the village "two committees",as the most basic cadres,are an important force in realizing the prosperity of the nation and building the Chinese dream together.They are a key force in implementing the Party’s principles and policies,and the main link in maintaining and promoting the relations between the Party and the masses.It is an important cornerstone for maintaining social stability at the grassroots level.However,the survey found that the majority of village cadres generally reflect low wage subsidies,large wage differences,inadequate welfare protection,and narrow space for promotion.In the long run,there will inevitably be some negative effects,such as:high economic pressure on village cadres,heavy psychological burden,sense of professional acquisition,declining happiness,and reduced work enthusiasm;And this will certainly bring "management difficulties" to the grassroots governments,such as unstable cadres,unsatisfactory work results,difficulties in implementing policies,strained relations between cadres and groups,and problems that affect social stability.They can even have a negative impact on the stability and development of our countries."The foundation is not strong,the ground is shaking." Stability at the grassroots level is a matter of national stability."The people are the state,the country is the state," and the work results of the village’s "two committees" cadres also affect the people’s well-being.With the progress of society and economic development,the "two committees" incentive mechanism should also be scientifically improved with the progress of the times.Therefore,the discussion on improving the incentive mechanism of the village "two committees" has a positive and long-term important role in improving the confidence of the village "two committees" cadres,developing the village collective economy,consolidating the grassroots fighting fortress,optimizing the management of the grassroots government,and promoting social harmony and stability.This paper further studies the current incentive mechanism of the twocommittees by means of field investigation,interview,data collation and data collection,which is divided into 7 parts.The first part is the introduction,explains the research background and research significance of the incentive mechanism of the two committees,makes a research summary,explains the research method and innovation.The second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis,respectively on the two committees,incentive to define the concept,and set out the relevant theoretical basis.The third part is the research design,mainly explains the interview goal,the interview object and the questionnaire and so on related content.The fourth part is the current situation of incentive mechanism of the two committees,which introduces the salary system,social welfare system,study system,incentive system and promotion system.The fifth part is to analyze the problems,effects and causes of the incentive mechanism of the village committee and the Village Committee Further analysis of the main problems,such as the lack of social welfare protection,the difficulty of ensuring further studies,the lack of incentive and reward systems,and the narrow space for promotion and development,then the paper explains the influence from the two main aspects: the vocational feeling of the cadres themselves and the difficulty of the township management.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the current incentive mechanism of the village and Village Committees Then in the sixth part,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of the two committees: adjusting the salary system in time,perfecting the welfare system,perfecting the learning mechanism,optimizing the incentive mechanism,implementing the promotion and Development System,compacting the honest and clean self-discipline system,etc..The seventh part has carried on the summary to own research and to the future forecast.It is hoped that it will have some effect on further consolidating the Party’s ruling foundation,promoting the steady development of our country’s rural economy and social and long-term stability.
