With the further deepening of the inspection work,the importance of county-level inspection has become increasingly prominent.As the last "kilometer" of inspection,only the county-level inspection can play a chess game.Strengthening the construction of the incentive mechanism for county-level patrol cadres provides important ideas for improving the enthusiasm,cohesion and combat effectiveness of county-level patrol cadres,provides a useful reference for completing the task of full coverage of patrol inspection with high standards,and provides effective experience for further improving the construction of the incentive mechanism for grass-roots cadres.Based on the comprehensive review and combing of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical and practical basis of county-level patrol.Using the methods of questionnaire and interview,the paper studies from the perspective of two factor theory: firstly,the paper combs and analyzes the meaning of patrol,the difference between county-level patrol and patrol,the construction of county-level patrol institutions and cadre team,and explains the two factor theory and its applicability to patrol cadres,This paper discusses that establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism for county-level patrol cadres is the key to promote the in-depth development of patrol work and the urgent need to deal with the complexity of county-level patrol work.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of the incentive problem of patrol cadres in Z County,and analyzes the relevant problems in combination with the two factor theory,including the challenges of excessive work pressure of patrol cadres,serious lack of reward and incentive mechanism,slow promotion of cadres,insufficient acquisition of cadres’ knowledge and skills,and explores the causes of the problems,including heavy patrol tasks at the county level,imperfect patrol incentive and guarantee mechanism,weak connection between team members and organizations Imperfect team member training system,etc.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of county-level patrol cadres from the aspects of joint management,reducing work pressure,establishing and perfecting the incentive and guarantee mechanism,Comprehensively Strengthening the contact of team members,and strengthening the pre patrol training at multiple levels,so as to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of County-level patrol cadres and promote the in-depth development of county-level patrol work.
