Analysis Of Bullying Behavior On Campus And Research On Legal Prevention And Control Measures

Bullying on campus has been existing in primary and secondary schools for a long time.However,due to the underdeveloped level of information exchange in China for a long time,parents,schools and the society do not pay attention to campus bullying,which leads to the unclear factors of bullying behavior in primary and secondary schools,the lack of understanding of the malignant effects brought by bullying behavior,and the inadequate prevention and control measures.Before 2013,there was little research on this kind of behavior in China,It was not until 2016 that the relevant departments of the state successively issued documents on the governance of campus bullying,aiming to cope with campus bullying through the coordination of the government,society,schools and families.After more than one year’s research,the research team found that campus bullying in Guangxi is more prominent and typical,so take Guangxi as an example.Based on the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,field investigation,data sorting and case analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the following issues from the perspective of law:(1)Definition of bullying on campus.Make full use of a large number of existing domestic and foreign literature on campus bullying,summarize and comparative study,and combine the author’s cognition of the behavior to get the understanding of the connotation of the behavior in this paper.(2)Analysis of bullying behavior in Guangxi campus.Combined with typical cases and relevant data of campus bullying in Guangxi,starting with the characteristics of campus bullying in Guangxi,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the factors of campus bullying in this area.(3)In view of the Countermeasures of bullying on campus,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the law.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects of legislation,justice and society.At the legislative level,there are laws to abide by,showing the importance of this behavior phenomenon;at the judicial level,the practice of regulating campus bullying under the existing legal system is explored,accurate usage is carried out,and the legitimate rights and interests of the injured students are protected;at the social level,there are laws to learn and abide by,so as to fully realize the harm of this behavior.(4)On the basis of the legal improvement suggestions,combined with the problems in Guangxi,the paper puts forward the supplementary prevention and control suggestions with the rule of law as the core.The proposed prevention and control suggestion is to absorb the essence of foreign regulations on bullying in campus,which has a great reference for China’s regulation of such behavior.Based on the in-depth study of campus bullying in Guangxi,this paper explores the causes of bullying,and puts forward targeted prevention and control suggestions based on Legal Prevention and control,so as to make up for the lack of prevention and control of bullying in primary and secondary schools in China.So as to curb the occurrence of bullying in primary and secondary schools.
