With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the social structure changes accordingly.The government functions are decentralized,and the grass-roots social organizations take on more and more responsibilities.Community autonomy has gradually become an important way of social governance,but the realization of community autonomy is still facing great challenges.Community consultation and consultation is an effective way to realize community autonomy.Residents’ participation in consultation and consultation is also a favorable factor for the construction and accumulation of community social capital.The construction of the meeting hall itself provides a platform for community residents to participate in community democratic consultation,and is an effective way for residents to solve community public problems.At the same time,the construction process of the meeting hall is also the process of community social capital increasing and accumulating.This study takes Z community in Beijing as an example,using the professional methods of social work to help the community to build a meeting hall and cultivate community social organizations,to promote community autonomy and improve the social capital of the community.From the perspective of social capital theory,this paper tries to analyze the increase of social capital in residential communities in the process of establishing the Council hall.Secondly,it analyzes that social workers have played an important role in the establishment of the conference hall.They not only provide services for the community and residents,but also play a positive role in community advocacy and resource linking.Finally,the process and effect of the project implementation are reflected,and the relevant suggestions are put forward for the specific problems. |
