Dandong City Women’s Federation Participation In Governance Of Family Violence

Family violence is a global problem,which is widespread in the world.According to statistics,family violence exists in different countries and regions,and women are the main victims of domestic violence.Since the 90s of last century,the problem of domestic violence in China has begun to receive the attention of the society.Although China has adopted a series of measures to solve the problem of domestic violence,there are still many difficulties in the management of domestic violence due to many reasons.Against domestic violence is the common responsibility of the state,society and the family,is to do the construction of family culture in China in the current situation,one of the most important factors in the construction of a harmonious society,and strengthening the research on the management method in the domestic violence in the governance role,strengthen women’s organizations,women’s federations organization participation is the inevitable requirement of building a socialist harmonious society and it is also an important way of women’s organizations to better safeguard the rights and interests of women.This paper takes social support theory as the breakthrough point of the research,and takes the Dandong women’s Federation as the research object.It deeply analyzes and studies the function,significance and existing problems of women’s federations in family violence governance.In research methods,through literature analysis,case analysis,in-depth analysis of the causes of family violence and the processing method,put forward the improvement measures in the domestic violence governance work of the women’s Federation,in order to improve the Dandong Municipal Women’s Federation of family violence governance level benefit.This article is divided into four parts.In the first part,the importance of controlling domestic violence is emphasized from the background and significance of the topic.The second part,through the treatment of domestic violence and the treatment of domestic violence by the women’s Federation,it clarifies the unique significance of the women’s Federation on the governance of domestic violence.The third part mainly introduces the foundation,current situation and measures of Dandong women’s Federation’s participation in domestic violence management,and analyzes the problems and causes of Dandong women’s Federation in the management of domestic violence.The fourth part mainly explores a series of countermeasures to improve the participation of Dandong women’s Federation in the treatment of domestic violence.I hope that through this study,can better play the Chinese women’s organizations in participatory governance in domestic violence,improve women’s social status,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women,to cure the problem of domestic violence,to achieve the fundamental purpose of building a harmonious society.
