Research On Construction Of Network Ideological Discourse Power In The New Era

Ideological construction is an extremely important work of the Party,the Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to ideological construction from the beginning of its founding,and positive exploration the ideological work.At present,the network continuously integrates and influences people’s life,has become the main position of publicizing ideological discourse,the corresponding ideological discourse system should also be in line with the development of the network to keep pace with the times.Therefore,it should be pay attention to grasp the discourse power of the network ideology firmly in the new era.Enhancing the influence of the discourse by innovating the network ideological discourse,and further consolidating the position of mainstream ideology.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to ideological work,and actively explores the Internet ideological construction.The discourse communication,discourse level and discourse influence have improved significantly.At the same time,we must see that the construction of network ideological discourse power still faces some problems and challenges in the new era.The mainly manifested as follows: First,the impact of western ideology and culture under the condition of globalization.Western countries rely on the advantage of information technology.Through various forms of ideological permeation,the social mainstream ideology can not be agreed for the public;Second,the rise of internet social ideological trends has bring challenges for ideological discourse power.Internet social ideological trends are close to the needs of different audiences in the content and method of communication,the audiences of mainstream ideology have be decreased,and dissemination of discourse influence is limited;Third,the network ideological work needs to be strengthened,affecting the construction of discourse power.The low efficiency of guidance and the weak supervision of the Internet public sentiment hinder the construction of discourse power to varying degrees.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,facing the problems and challenges of ideological discourse power under the network conditions,some ways should be adopted to win the ideological discourse power actively.Therefore,we should do as follows: Firstly,strengthening the Party’s leadership over the network ideology and consolidating the main position of the network ideology;Secondly,we should strengthen the network supervision and grasp the "main switch" of the network management;Thirdly,innovating the network discourse guidance methods and enhancing the effectiveness of the network discourse guidance;And fourthly,strengthening the international communication capacity and enhancing the influence of the network ideological discourse power.
