Research On The Organizational Power Of Grassroots Party Organizations In Rural Areas Of Yunnan

The strength of the party comes from its organization.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly stated that the construction of grassroots party organizations should focus on "improving the organizational capability".Grassroots party organizations in rural areas of Yunnan are the basis of all the party's work and combat effectiveness in the rural areas of ethnic border areas.In the new era,to implement the party's overall leadership and promote the overall development of rural areas,we must rely on the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations.How to improve the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era is a major issue with overall,strategic and fundamental significance,as it relates to the prosperity and stability of the border ethnic areas,the long-term stability of the country and the smooth realization of the two centenary goals.At present,the grassroots party organizations in rural Yunnan still have some deficiencies and problems in the further improvement of organizational strength,which affect the embodiment of the core leadership and the role of the battle fortress.Therefore,it is urgent to explore ways to improve the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in rural areas in combination with the reality of ethnic border areas in Yunnan,so as to promote the overall progress and overall strength of grassroots party organizations in rural areas in Yunnan,and finally achieve the goals of border stability,ethnic unity,economic development and social progress.In this paper,a new era as the research background,the construction of the political party of marxism theory and methods,summarizes the Yunnan rural grassroots party organizations "fatigue",through empirical research,case analysis and other methods,on the rural grass-root party organization construction in Yunnan's historical evolution,the practice effect,experience revelation,issues,challenges and cause analysis of the reality.Finally,on the basis of theoretical and practical research,based on the new requirements of party building in the new era,this paper puts forward the path choice for further improving the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in rural Yunnan.Specific studies were carried out as follows:The first part includes the introduction,the first chapter and the second chapter.First of all,the research object of this paper is determined,the concept,connotation,characteristics,constituent elements,logical relations and influencing factors of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations are described,and the research background,research significance and the basis of the early research are sorted out and summarized,forming the theoretical analysis framework of this paper,laying the foundation for the paper.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical origin and value of the construction of the organizational power of the rural grass-roots party organizations.The classical Marxist writers have put forward a lot of discussions on the construction of the grass-roots organizations of the proletarian political parties,which contains the thought of organizational power internally,and has been enriched,deepened and improved continuously with the changes of the times,the development of the society,the transformation of contradictions,the center of work,etc.their discussions on the current and future for a long time,the grass-roots parties in Yunnan rural areas It provides important reference,reference and inspiration for organizations to further improve their organizational power.Based on the new era and the "functional adjustment" of the overall function of Yunnan rural grass-roots party organizations,this paper expounds the value significance of further improving the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations under the new historical conditions.The second part is the content of the third chapter,which mainly expounds the practical process,the main experience,the main problems and the causes of these problems.After the establishment of Party organizations at all levels in Yunnan Province,through the construction of organizational power,the mobilization,organization and leadership of the people of all ethnic groups in the province have carried out arduous and fruitful great practice to realize the liberation,stability,development and unity of all ethnic groups in the southwest frontier of the motherland.Since the eighteen Party's Congress,Internet plus party building has been promoted as a carrier by the construction of Grass-roots Service Oriented Party organizations,the promotion of grassroots party level.However,compared with the new requirements and challenges in the new situation,there are still some deficiencies and problems in the work of improving the organizational power of rural strengthen self construction.The third part includes chapter four to chapter nine.On the basis of empirical research,adhere to the unity of theory and practice,and elaborate the countermeasures and suggestions to further enhance the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations in Yunnan.Taking the embodiment of the core position of the leadership and the exertion of the role of the Battle Fortress as the general guidance to further enhance the organizational power,based on the new situation,new requirements and new tasks of the Party ' It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the political leading power to ensure the party's leadership,enhancing the theoretical propaganda power to transmit the party's voice,enhancing the system
