Poverty alleviation relocation is led by the government, which relocates poor peasant households who have been certified by the National Information Platform in six types of areas: areas with insufficient carrying capacity of resources, areas with seriously backward basic services and high construction costs, areas with frequent geological disasters, areas with national prohibitions or restrictions on development, areas with high incidence of endemic diseases and poverty in other areas.Relocation to a suitable environment for survival, and strengthen the followup industrial poverty alleviation measures, making poor farmers out of poverty as a poverty alleviation measure. This paper takes Baoxiu Town,Shiping County,Yunnan Province as a case study.Baoxiu Town submitted an application to withdraw from poverty-stricken counties in 2017,and on this basis further promoted the relocation work to ensure that all poor households moved in at the end of 2017.Baoxiu Town has placed a total of 315 households 1242 people, including 167 households with archival licensing card 652 people,148 households with 590 people. This paper takes the relocation of Baoxiu Town as a breakthrough point, through interviews with the local government to understand the process of relocation, problems encountered and countermeasures;through questionnaires and household visits to understand the degree of satisfaction of poverty in medical, education, income and other aspects after relocation, through the five-level scoring method to quantify the performance, and to the local government.Evaluate the performance of poverty alleviation relocation.Regarding performance as dependent variable, this paper takes grass-roots work, saving level, information level, industrial structure, traffic situation, national policy and employment training as independent variables to make regression analysis, and obtains the influencing factors on the performance of relocation.Among them, grassroots work, industrial structure, traffic situation and national policies have a positive impact on the performance of poverty alleviation and relocation, while the level of savings is negatively correlated with government performance. At the same time, taking the performance of relocation as dependent variable and the individual characteristics of the respondents as independent variable, the regression analysis shows that the gender, age and income of the respondents will affect the performance of relocation.Among them, women are more satisfied with the implementation of relocation policy in different places than men, older people are more satisfied with the implementation of relocation policy than younger people, and those with lower income are more satisfied. Finally,in order to improve the performance of the relocation, some suggestions are put forward, including the formulation of a more beneficial relocation policy by the state, the active cooperation of grass-roots workers in the implementation of relocation work, the promotion of follow-up industrial development, the intensification of employment training, the improvement of the surrounding transportation system, and the promotion of economic development in the resettlement areas,to provide reference for the implementation of the relocation policy in other places.
