| With the acceleration of aging in China,the family structure has changed,the number of DINK families and empty nest families is increasing,the number of only children is also increasing,and the demand for companion animals of various groups is becoming more and more strong.The elderly have wealth but lack of companionship.Raising dogs can alleviate loneliness and become their best choice.Raising dogs by young people can bring happiness.Raising dogs by children can cultivate their love and sense of responsibility.This is beneficial to all sectors of society.Since 1980,the number of pet dogs in Chinese cities has increased rapidly.The prosperity of pet industry shows that pet dogs have become more and more suitable for human companions.However,with the increasing number of dog owners,while people and dogs get along harmoniously and bring various benefits to people,the problems such as dogs hurting people,disturbing people,causing neighborhood disputes and so on are also becoming increasingly prominent.The local size of pets will bring burden to neighbors and urban environmental protection,and further bring the problems of city appearance and urban environmental protection.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of dog disease.As one of the five pet cities,Wuhan should take the lead in legislation and management of dog keeping.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis,focusing on the regulations of dog management in Wuhan,divides the dog management in Wuhan into three stages according to the legislative concept,analyzes the contents of the current regulations(Draft)of dog management in Wuhan,and compares the differences between China and Western countries in the legislation of urban dog management.By comparing and summarizing the advanced experience of foreign countries,we can give some enlightenment and suggestions to our local legislation.So this paper is based on the evaluation of Wuhan dog management regulations,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,expecting to inspire the local dog legislation in Wuhan and even the whole country. |
