Study On Resource-exhausted Rural Revitalization From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand Theory

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the strategy of "rural revitalization",which is regarded as a new guideline to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Resource-exhausted villages in new China,especially in the history of reform and opening up,had the advantage of resource endowment and led the development.Some even became rich villages for a time.However,with the depletion of resources,the contradiction between the supply of resources and the demand for development becomes increasingly prominent,the sustainable development is seriously challenged,and the resource-exhausted villages gradually decline.The resource-exhausted villages are typical,and the study on them is helpful to promote the overall coverage of the rural-revitalization strategy at the macro level,to seek the revitalization and development of resource-exhausted villages at the micro level,and to provide Suggestions and references for solving the existing contradiction between supply and demand.J village is a typical resource-exhausted village,the author from July 2018 to village investigation,interview investigation method and case study method is used to J village to carry out field investigation,the cumulative residency work for six months,will in order to understand J village in the revitalization of the industrial development,ecological livable,raising construction and community governance and rich life facing the contradiction between supply and demand,the perspective of supply and demand theory from three aspects:the micro,meso and macro analysis of resource-exhausted rural contradictions in the process of the revitalization of the generation of the representation and resolve.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research reason,the research status at home and abroad,the research emphasis and difficulties,the research innovation and research methods.The second chapter introduces the related concepts,relevant research theories and research design of J village.The third chapter,using the related software and text analysis method to get data for scientific analysis,investigation and study analysis results show that the resource-exhausted country J village in the process of the revitalization of the industrial development,ecological livable,raising construction,social management,rich life "five aspects facing the quantity and structure of supply and demand mismatches,hindered the villagers pursuit and J village in the revitalizationof development for a better life.In view of the existing problems,the fourth chapter of this paper analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand of resource-exhausted rural vitalization from the perspective of micro-supply and demand subject,middle-level organization and planning,and macro-level system.Finally,the fifth chapter of the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of resource-exhausted rural vitalization,mainly based on the contradiction between supply and demand of resource-exhausted rural vitalization and the reasons for its formation,starting from the development of industry,livable ecology,civilized village style,sound governance,and rich life.
