A Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Policy Preference On Educational Investment Choice Of Poor Families

Chinese government proposes to use education to help the poor and to get rid of poverty completely.The government provides many preferential policies for poor families,which affects the choices of poor families in investment in education.How to resolve the contradiction between policy and individual behavior requires us to analyze the impact mechanism of preferential policies.Policy plays a role in human behavior and interactions.The theme of this paper is to explore the influence mechanism of policy preference on the investment choice of poor families’ education.From the perspective of action subject,the influence mechanism of policy is analyzed.In the way of analysis,the author use the correlation analysis to describe the present situation,the game theory analysis to analyze the internal logic of the mechanism’s impact,Philosophical reflection from a deeper level.Main contents and viewpoints:First,Policy tilt is related to education investment behaviors of poor families.Policies can bring resources,and policies increase the importance that poor families attach to education.It shows that policy tilt can stimulate poor families,so it affects his educational investment choices.Secondly,the influence mechanism is analyzed.This paper studies the influence mechanism is studied from the point of view of the decision-maker,and the strategic interaction between different subjects is analyzed by game theory.It is found that Policy inclination has both incentive and negative effects;It may encourage them to learn,and it may also lead to the poor being lazy;the poor in the same poor area have the same behavioral choices.Thirdly,There are several conditions for a policy to play a positive role: first,policy making and resources should be precisely invested,so that social resources can give full play to their utility.Secondly,the neighborhood effect in poor areas is playing a positive role,and the good cultural atmosphere has an external incentive effect,so that education investment becomes a common phenomenon.Third,through education to stimulate the individual out of poverty and continue to receive education of the main body,the poor group to take the initiative to invest in education to receive education,so as to make the impact more lasting.Finally,the causes of mechanism influence are analyzed deeply.Policies are fair and just.The policy regulates the relationship between people and the policy influence is realized in the social intercourse.The policy influence mechanism is the interaction between people,and the policy mechanism is the communication process between organizations and individuals.Value identity is reflected in the process,and the consistency of family behavior in the same poor area reflects value identity.In order to get rid of poverty,groups will interact with each other in communication and cooperation in the face of policy incentives,form the same value,and pay more attention to education.Values guide behavior and guide poor individuals to receive education.Education further guides poor people to form correct values.In this way,the policy will have a more far-reaching and lasting impact and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation through education.
