From The Perspective Of Improving The Government’s Credibility Research On The Construction Of Hunan Government Microblog

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it was emphasized that the construction of the national integrated government service platform should be promoted through the innovation of administrative management and service methods,and the government’s executive power and credibility should be improved through the improvement of a strong administrative executive system.As an integral part of the "Internet plus government service platform",micro-blog,an administrative government,is an important way to improve the overall governance level of the local government,and is also a fresh practice to follow the fundamental purpose of serving the people under the new era.At the same time,the rise of government microblog is bound to be accompanied by corresponding problems.In the process of its development,it is bound to bring adverse effects on the credibility of our government.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the construction of Hunan government microblog to enhance the credibility of Hunan governments at all levels.Based on the theories of e-government,government publicity,citizen participation,government trust and public relations broadcasting,this paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,and uses the methods of literature analysis,normative analysis,empirical analysis and comparative research to build a scientific analysis framework for the construction of Hunan government microblog and the promotion of government credibility It lays the necessary theoretical foundation,studies the current situation of the development of Hunan government microblog,analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions for improving Hunan government microblog from the perspective of improving the credibility of the government.The main content of this paper can be divided into four parts: firstly,the connotation and characteristics of government microblog and government credibility are clarified.Secondly,based on the function of government microblog,this paper analyzes the function of local government microblog construction to improve the government credibility.Thirdly,by reviewing the process of the construction of Hunan government microblog,this paper summarizes the achievements and problems of Hunan government microblog since its establishment,and finds that some government departments’ government microblog construction has not been fully implemented for the people due to the lack of awareness,inaccurate target positioning,non specialization of the operation team,lack of effective monitoring and management in daily operation The concept of public affairs,inadequate use of information release function,low public recognition,low public participation,and insufficient public opinion guidance ability.Finally,in order to further propose effective measures to promote the construction of Hunan government microblog and enhance the credibility of the government,this paper draws on the relevant experience of the construction of Sichuan and Jiangsu government microblog,and finally puts forward the responsibilities of clarifying the public service functions of government microblog,establishing and improving the operation mechanism of government microblog,effectively implementing the information release of government microblog to respond to concerns,and establishing and improving the government Service micro blog matrix mode,methods and strategies to improve the ability of public opinion guidance.
