| In April 2018,there were five public voting sessions for 100 issues in the mass’ s 100 blocking voting activities.Up to now,more than half of the problems have been solved nationwide.Under the background of "releasing control clothes",as a key channel for the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,the effectiveness of the operation of the government center directly affects the improvement of the administrative efficiency of the government.Recently,the reform of the administrative examination and approval system has been put forward new requirements,and "running at most once" has been written into the government report by many local governments as the goal.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical results of the existing "one-stop" government,taking Baini Town Government Center as the research object,this paper summarizes the current service status of Baini Town Government Center.On the premise of full theoretical and practical exploration,this paper analyses the causes of the current service problems of Baini Town Government Center,including the incomplete reform of "one-way" government service and multi-faceted system.There are four aspects in the system: defect,predicament of "one-net" e-government,asymmetric infrastructure protection.Finally,we try to find the countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement and development of the administrative center of Baini Town: the continuous reform of the "one door" government service reform,the improvement of many aspects of system construction,and the promotion of Internet + government services.Based on the theory of Holistic Governance and government process reengineering,this paper studies the current service situation of Baini Town Government Center,analyses the problems encountered in the actual implementation and considers the solutions.The findings and conclusions can be extended to the towns of Sanshui District,the districts of Foshan City and even all parts of the country. |
