The Current Situation And Improving Path Of “One-door One-net” Administrative Reform In Sihui Administrative Service Center

The development of informatization technology makes the information technology more and more widely used in e-government services,coupled with the "Internet plus" era,many countries in the world make the informatization technology as an important measure to enhance the comprehensive national strength,China has also made important deployment in government informatization,promote e-government,to enhance the level of informatization and the use of information technology to play the functions of the government.At present,there are still many problems in the current administrative service and the requirements of economic and social development in the new era.The current irrational and unscientific administrative service pattern makes the masses face many difficulties,such as entering many doors,running many windows,and so on.How to break these problems and take "the needs of the masses" as the starting point and to solve the problems of the masses' difficulties are particularly important.In July 2016,Sihui City administrative service center became the first pilot unit in Zhaoqing City,and started the first "one-door one-net" government service reform established the e-government service mode of "comprehensive reception,the background for examination and approval of classification,unified out of a window " and did it in the province's first seven characteristics of e-government services,at the same time launched a net type integrated service platform of "one-door one-net" in an all-round way and established the city town village 3 public service platform of 3 linkage e-government service pattern,truly realized a service on the Internet at the grassroots level.In this paper,it makes Sihui City administrative service center as the main research object,combined with the "one-door one-net" government services "cooperative government" and "new public service theory" and "new public management theory " as the research thought,analyzes some problems and causes of Sihui City administrative service center in the operation of the existing " one-door one-net ",and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to explore how to play the service function of Sihui City administrative service center,and effectively improves the ability of administration of the municipal government.Sihui City "one-door one-net" government service reform can be analyzed from three angles,from the perspective of service,embodies the "government innovation one-stop" on the base of the reform;from the angle of public service theory,reflects the further application of collaborative government theory;from the angle of government mechanism,reflects the further deepening of streamlining administration and delegating power.
