Research On Urban Public Transport Safety Management Of G City

In December 2012,the State Council issued a"about priority to the development of urban public transportation guidance",put forward opinions,public transport priority development is to alleviate traffic congestion,change a way of urban transportation development,is to build a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society’s strategic choice,promote green development way and way of life.A series of important discussions on the construction of ecological civilization were put forward in the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).As a result,the concept of green travel has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people,and urban public transport has gradually become the first choice for daily travel.With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the density of urban population is getting higher and higher,the number of cars is increasing,the demand for road transportation is increasing sharply,and the pressure of urban traffic is also increasing,so the management of urban public transportation becomes more and more important.The city of G has special geographical conditions.The terrain slopes from north to south,with a long and narrow distance from east to west.The urban space is characterized by the strip expansion along the river,and it is a typical valley city.According to the survey,with the progress of urbanization in G city year by year,the number of permanent urban residents has increased sharply,and the current situation of urban public transport safety and management is not optimistic.There are such problems as traffic congestion,widespread violation of traffic rules,weak emergency handling capacity,unclear division of public traffic safety management functions,and inadequate external supervision.The reason lies in the low reliability of management,the weak awareness of public traffic safety among citizens,the inadequate emergency mechanism of public traffic safety management,and the low efficiency,stationariness and response of the current urban public traffic safety mode.Therefore,to strengthen urban public transport safety management,it is necessary to realize the diversification of urban public transport governance subjects and improve the emergency handling capacity.Cooperation of multiple departments and units in public safety publicity and education;To improve the internal management and external supervision mechanism of public traffic safety;Scientific integration of public transport management resources.
