Study On Service Mode Of Kunming Government Service Center

Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of "Internet plus",deepening the reform of "letting go of services" and optimizing the business environment,Kunming government service center takes the lead in putting forward the government service mode of "one network,four centers" and "seven offices".From the results of the third-party evaluation,the model has achieved some results in optimizing the process,creating a good business environment,and facilitating the masses of enterprises.However,in the actual operation process,it still faces some problems and challenges,which need to further explore the ways of optimization and improvement.This article combines my work experience and thinking in the government affairs service post,uses comparative analysis,literature research,case study and other methods to analyze and study the service mode of Kunming government affairs service center,and analyzes the shortcomings and reasons in its operation process.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign government service mode,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the service mode of Kunming government service center.First,the systematic summary of the service mode of Kunming city government service center is based on Internet plus,relying on the government service platform,improving service quality through government process reengineering,and building service-oriented government to improve the government service mode of public satisfaction.Compared with the traditional government service,it has the advantages of intensive,collaborative,intelligent and integrated.Second,there are still many problems and challenges in the operation of Kunming municipal service mode,such as low data opening power,low application level,insufficient technical personnel,inadequate department coordination,and so on.The service mode needs to be further optimized and improved.Third,in the future development and construction,in order to optimize the service mode and continuously improve the service quality and service level,Kunming municipal government service center can learn from the excellent service models at home and abroad,adhere to the public demand orientation,make full use of the new technologies such as "Internet plus" and big data,and build a data sharing platform,so that the digital government and intelligent government will really benefit the public.
