The Studies Of The Demobilized Military Cadres Training In Chengdu

Training of demobilized military cadres, is an important part of demobilized military cadres resettlement, in order to help the demobilized cadres complete their role changing,which from national defense force to local economic construction team. Traditional training prefer face-to-face class, focus on theoretical knowledge. It is effective in the early resettlement work, but can’t follow the quicly improved requirements of talents,which taken by the high speed develope of economy and society.In December 2008, the central authorities issued《Views about Strengthening And Improving The Education And Training Of Demobilized Military Cadres》,It defined the guiding ideology, working principle,objectives, tasks and implementation steps of demobilized military cadres training work in the new times. It has become the guidance document of demobilized military cadres training now and future. It is indicated that further strengthen and improve the education and training of demobilized military cadres is necessary and important, so it’s also left a complex problem for all demobilized military cadres training centers to study that how to improve the training.This paper takes the demobilized training work of Training Centre of the Demobilized Military Cadres in Chengdu from 2008 to 2012 as example. Using literature research method, case study method, social investigation method, statistical analysis method and so on, expounding the typical and necessity of the case study.Based on the description of the cases, analysing and concluding from the organizational management, curriculum design, assessment system, On the basis of learning from the demobilized army cadres at home and abroad for reference, the paper makes an analysis of certain cases in the demobilized training work of Chengdu military cadres, and summarizes the work achievements and experiences and put forward "Chengdu Mode" exploringly,which include "issue training voucher", "carry out independent training menu", "establish training alliance", " create training supermarket" etc. The achievements of the training bring new ideas,reference and enlightenment to the reform and innovation of the demobilized military cadres training,which is practical and theoretical meaningful.
