In recent years,in the process of achieving poverty alleviation in rural areas and building a well-off society in an all-round way,more and more outstanding graduates have chosen to enter the team of selected graduates and take root in the grassroots.The selection of job value orientation,how the gap in job expectations and job adaptability for grassroots work directly affects the development of grassroots work,and the development of grassroots and national undertakings.Therefore,to understand the current status of job selection,adaptiveness to grassroots work,and whether there is a gap between actual work experience and job expectations,and then study the relationship between the work values,job expectation gaps,and job adaptability.The improvement of targeted selective tuning is of great significance.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the job values,job expectations gaps,and job adaptability of 379 targeted graduates.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to perform relevant statistics such as descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,and related analysis.The research method analyzes the collected data and draws the following conclusions: First,the selective selection of students pays more attention to various factors of work values.The seven dimensions of job value are ranked from high to low in order: interpersonal support.Altruism and life ideals,income treatment,development of dignity,can play the role of family emotions,comfort and stability.Secondly,the overall job expectation gap of targeted selection and adjustment is large,and the five-dimensional job expectation gap is in descending order: interpersonal relationship,work environment,workload and difficulty,growth and development,and income treatment.Thirdly,the overall level of work adaptability for orientation selection is generally low,and the work adaptability of the four dimensions from high to low is:humanistic natural environment,job security,job competence,suitable growth,and development.Fourth,there are significant differences in gender variables in personal background variables in targeted selection in certain factors such as job values,job expectations gaps,and job adaptability.Fifth,the orientation and selection of job values is significantly positively related to job expectations gap and job adaptability,and job expectations gap is significantly positively correlated with job adaptability.Therefore,the following suggestions are made for the management of targeted selective breeding: First,from the perspective of targeted selective breeding: On the one hand,targeted selective breeding should change its thinking,accelerate the role change,and focus on the social functions of the role;on the other hand,it should be correct Mindset,avoid blind comparisons.Secondly,from the perspective of the unit: First,pay attention to the work values of targeted selection and breeding,and incorporate work values into all aspects of targeted selection,selection,cultivation,and management;secondly,formulate special targeted selection,cultivation,and management programs;finally,rationally allocate human resources so that Assign to match people to posts.
