Investigation And Research On The Causes And Prevention Of Crimes Committed By Migrant Workers In Cities

The urbanization strategy plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country.However,in the process of accelerating the urbanization development of our country,migrant workers’ crime is the most concerned and the most harmful problem in the urbanization process.As a complex social event,migrant workers’ crime has many influencing factors,and migrant workers’ crime is diverse.How to prevent the crime of migrant workers and ensure social stability and harmony is a major social problem.Migrant workers are a special group of Chinese urban society in the transition period.Due to economic,social and management reasons,they have become an important part of various criminal activities in urban society.With the emergence of the tide of migrant workers,the increasing crime of migrant workers has also aroused widespread concern of the society.Migrant workers are a special group formed after China’s reform and opening up.Due to the social system,economic development,labor security and other reasons,in recent years,the number of migrant workers’ crimes is increasing,and the problem of migrant workers’ crimes has become a widespread concern in all sectors of society.In this paper,through the investigation of rural migrant workers in Wenzhou,we investigate the current situation and specific causes of crime of rural migrant workers.Through case analysis,we collect data to analyze the root causes of migrant workers’ problems reflected by prisoners and carry out corresponding social status investigation.The purpose of this paper is to study the effective measures to prevent rural migrant workers from breaking the law and committing crimes,and to compare the crime situation of migrant workers with the current social situation.In this paper,the characteristics of migrant workers crime,the causes of a preliminary analysis,and its prevention and control measures put forward some superficial suggestions.
