Research On The Connection Between Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization In Zhucheng

Poverty engines is the basis and premise of rural revitalization,rural revitalization is the crucial strengthening and deepening of poverty,both is mutually independent and closely,make crucial poverty and rural revitalization plan as a whole cohesion at the heart of the priority is the countermeasure study of the cohesion,this is to ensure that the implementation of poverty on schedule is crucial goals,the key to successfully implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country.Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and winning the battle against poverty are important strategic supports to ensure that the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects is achieved on schedule.Therefore,the research on the connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization can give full play to the role of the two policies and form a situation of complementary advantages,so as to activate the creativity of rural areas,drive rural economic development and thus improve the happiness index of farmers.In this paper,the zhucheng poverty engines and analyzing the present situation and problems of rural revitalization policy cohesion,found zhucheng problems in the process of cohesion,the main policy cohesion mechanism is not perfect,big base of "security" poverty alleviation,poor durability and industrial development organizations at the grass-roots level to the fitness of low cohesion,cohesion of the rural public service mechanism is not sound,etc.Through the analysis of the relevant situation,the main causes of the problems are as follows:the lack of continuity of the relevant mechanism of policy cohesion,the lack of long-term mechanism for the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements,the lack of long-term development mechanism of industry,the weakness of rural grass-roots organizations,and the insufficient supply of rural public services in the process of cohesion,etc.In order to ensure the better connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization policies,the following countermeasures are proposed:improving the relevant mechanisms in the process of policy connection,establishing a long-term poverty alleviation consolidation mechanism,optimizing the development mode of agricultural industry,strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots organizations,and improving the guarantee mechanism of rural public services.
