A Study On The Effective Connection Between The Achievements Of Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization In Xunzhai Town, Yongjia County, Wenzhou City

After the decisive victory in the poverty alleviation campaign,China’s "three rural" work has entered a new stage of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have reviewed the situation and proposed a new goal of effectively connecting the achievements of poverty alleviation with rural revitalization.In recent years,with the strong support of governments at all levels,Xunzhai Town in Yongjia County has achieved certain results in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.However,the development foundation of Xunzhai Town in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City is weak,and the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization has exposed problems such as imperfect organizational mechanisms and insufficient utilization of factors.How to effectively connect poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Xunzhai Town,Yongjia County,and promote the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Xunzhai Town,Yongjia County,has become a noteworthy issue.Based on theories such as anti poverty theory and sustainable development theory,this article establishes a coupling model between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization by constructing measurement methods,indicators,and weights for the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.By collecting relevant data from Xunzhai Town,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation was conducted on the coupling degree,coordination degree,and overall situation between its poverty alleviation achievements and rural vibration connection.Research has found that there are difficulties in consolidating poverty alleviation achievements,inadequate organizational system transformation,low quality and efficiency of the agricultural industry,and insufficient supply of public services in the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements in Xunzhai Town and rural revitalization.Therefore,measures have been proposed from the aspects of improving the long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation achievements,accelerating the transfer and connection of work mechanisms,mobilizing rural resource elements,and strengthening the connection of public service planning,in order to provide guidance and basis for the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization in Xunzhai Town,Yongjia County.The main research findings of this article include: firstly,according to the weight ranking,the government’s policies have strong directionality.The rural development capacity and industrial prosperity both rank first in the primary weight,and compared to other indicators,government policies have a deeper involvement in the development process of both.The government policies have strong guidance for the overall development of Xunzhai Town,and the achievements of poverty alleviation are closely related to rural revitalization.Secondly,from an overall perspective,the coupling degree is 0.4944 and the coupling coordination degree is 0.4332,reflecting that the overall poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Xunzhai Town,Yongjia County are in a moderate coupling stage,approaching a transitional stage of imbalance.This indicates that there is a certain degree of correlation and mutual promotion between the poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Xunzhai Town,but the coupling level needs to be improved,the coordinated development is unbalanced,and there is still great room for optimization.Thirdly,from the perspective of the coupling and coordination types of each village,all twelve villages are moderately coupled,with a clear trend of impending imbalance and transitional development.Therefore,improving the coupling degree and promoting the coordinated development of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Xunzhai Town towards a highly coupled and well coordinated direction will be the main task it faces.Fourthly,from the perspective of coupling degree and coordination degree,the amplitude of coupling degree change is relatively smaller than that of coupling co scheduling,with the difference between the highest and lowest being 0.0088 and 0.0722,respectively.The overall difference is not significant.Except for a few villages,there is not much difference in the coupling and coordination level between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in each village.To this end,Xunzhai Town can select a targeted group of key assistance villages and continue to promote and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.
