Research On Shan Dong Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance In The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural revitalization strategy is the party and the State Council on reform of the rural development of our country at present stage in the development of a relocation,at the same time,to our country the construction of new countryside and the next step of planning and development request the better.At present,the development of China’s economy has entered a normal orbit,but the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is not fundamentally solved.Aiming at a series of reforms in rural areas,the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,the reemployment of farmers and the increase of income have all encountered unprecedented challenges.To the local,from local to village,how to better implement reforms,promote the effective development of China’s three major industries,can effectively improve the existing development environment in rural areas,meet the standards of beautiful villages,and the livable conditions of farmers,and continuously increase farmers’ income In order to meet higher requirements,in particular,rural livable and livable,coordinated development of agriculture,and prosperity and happiness of farmers have set new standards for rural revitalization strategies.This article selects the town of S county as the research object,takes the specific work of rural human settlement management carried out by the town of S county as the starting point,based on the research literature at home and abroad,and based on the theory of sustainable development and the theoretical thinking of geography,through the use of interviews and other research methods,surveyed and researched 64 villages in town Z of S county,comprehensively analyzed the situation of rural settlement environment governance in town Z of S county,combined with relevant literature,The evaluation system,based on the satisfaction of the surveyed villagers,is constructed as a quantitative index that can be directly evaluated to explore the correlation between the effectiveness of rural human settlement environment governance and the villagers,government,and society in the study area.This paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes in the process of environmental governance,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for rural human settlement environment governance in Shandong Province.Through research,it is found that there are problems such as lagging governance measures,large funding gap,insufficient enthusiasm of village cadres,and lack of effective village planning in the governance process of rural human settlement environment in Shandong Province;Identify the major problems and identify the problems that exist.The main reasons are as follows:residents’ weak awareness of environmental protection,limited investment in environmental protection,single governance mode,and there is a lack of effective supervision and evaluation.In view of the problems found in the survey,measures for improving rural governance,reforming the rural establishment,establishing and improving long-term governance mechanisms,and other measures are proposed to try to change the status of rural governance.
