Research On The Development Path Of Russia’s Far East And Siberia From 2000 To 2020

The development of Russia’s Far Eastern Siberia is the most important development task in the 21 st century,and it is also one of the important directions of Russia’s national development strategy.In order to further enhance the development speed of the Far East Siberia,the Russian Federation government formulated and implemented the Far East development strategy,and successively issued a number of regional policy documents.In order to realize the rapid development of the Far East,Russia has repeatedly formulated domestic and international mechanisms to create favorable conditions for the development of the Far East.The Ministry of Development of the Far East was established politically,and advanced development zones,free ports,and offshore financial centers were established economically.After the Ukraine crisis,in the face of strategic squeeze from Western countries,Russia further strengthened its development efforts in the Far East,balancing the pressure brought by Western sanctions by establishing the Eurasian Economic Union,participating in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference,and improving the diplomatic status of the Asia-Pacific region.The internal factors affecting the development of the Far Eastern Siberia include both political and economic aspects.Politically speaking,the power structure of the Russian state influences regional development factors.The integration of Russia’s internal space is a necessary prerequisite for the Russian government to effectively implement the development policy of the Far East Siberia.Through the changes in the election of local leaders,Russia has determined the power of the central region and completed the integration of the Far East,eliminating the renunciation of the Far East.tendency.Economically,Russia has realized that its economic structure is not sustainable,and hopes develop high-tech industries and then develop an innovative economy.The article mainly analyzes the prospects and challenges of the development of the Far East Siberia by combing through the development concept,mechanism evolution and the factors affecting its evolution in the Far East Siberia.The first chapter of this article introduces the transformation of the development concept of the Far East Siberia and sorts out the policy measures introduced according to the tenure of different leaders.The second chapter introduces the transformation of the development mechanism of the Far Eastern Siberia,that is,the evolution of the development path,and summarizes and analyzes it from both domestic and international perspectives.Chapter Three elaborates on the factors that affect the development of the Far Eastern Siberia,including a detailed description of both external and internal factors.Chapter 4 makes a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges of the development of the Far Eastern Siberia,and puts forward some views from the perspectives of politics,economy,energy,infrastructure construction,and society.Maintaining benign interaction with neighboring countries is a necessary condition for the development of Russia’s Far Eastern Siberia.With its abundant energy reserves,the Far East Siberia has a certain degree of economic complementarity with neighboring Northeast Asian countries.Therefore,Russia must use the economic strength of Northeast Asian countries to develop the Far Eastern Siberia.Of course,this also requires Russia to make certain efforts.
