Strategic Choice Of The China, USA And Japan In The East Asian Region And Formation Of The East Asia Cooperation Mechanism

End of the cold war,the world once appeared different international relations theory keynote which "the end of history" and "economical interdependence" and "the peace of international system "and " clash of civilization" and so on, but we can agree with the basic point that cooperation gradually becoming the mainstream of international politics.East Asia is the area in where the intersection of big country complicated interests. Under this background, which East Asian economy integration and interdependence of economies have deepened constantly. With the rise of China,quicken the step of seeking "normal" national status in Japan and implemented the Asia-Pacific new strategies of USA,and relations among the big country of East Asia being also went through an adjustment. However,the triangular relationship between China,USA and Japan is still the core of relation in the East Asian region. The paper consists of three parts. Through the first part of the paper,we analysis shows that China,USA and Japan still exist the common interests of economic,political security and non-traditional security areas in the East Asian region. Under the common interests,then how is the strategic choice China,USA and Japan in East Asia? In the second part, which describes respectively,the strategic choice of China,USA and Japan in East Asia,that coexisting cooperation and conflict. In the third part,focusing on the analysis of East Asia regional cooperation mechanism. First,emphasized necessity of building a mechanism from the perspective of theory and reality. Needing an effective mechanism to resolve the predicament of cooperation,and cooperation not only reflect the state that the common interests overwhelm conflict,sometimes even if the reality of common interests exist, the dispute is still prevalent. Well then the cooperation is not just a question of the role interests. Especially uncertainty is strong,and the actors ability to access information when there are differences. All perhaps prevent them to know the common interests between each other. Under such circumstances,an effective mechanism by increasing or reducing the transaction costs of the international community and providing reliable information,reducing the uncertainty between each other, and strengthen each other to act,limiting the asymmetry of information,and protection the effectiveness of cooperation. Secondly, given the existing major cooperation mechanisms in East Asian,and outlined these mechanisms provide those safeguards for cooperation. Meanwhile, the existing cooperation mechanisms provided some realistic basis for the construction of a new mechanism. Finally,through above analysis,we outlook the integration is chief cooperation mechanisms of East Asia regional,from the View of combining theory and reality.
