| With the advancement of urbanization and the continuous expansion of city scale,urban management law enforcement officers have increasingly become an important role in the daily life management of the city.They plays an important role in maintaining the appearance of the city,investigating and dealing with illegal buildings,and assisting departments in law enforcement.Due to the reform of comprehensive law enforcement system,municipal administration,garden and sanitation are merged into urban management departments,which increases the workload of urban management law enforcement officers.At the same time,with the rapid development of new media and "We Media",negative reports about violent law enforcement by urban management can be seen in headline articles of major websites and short videos of public accounts such as ’Douyin’.The unrecognition of the social environment leads urban management law enforcement officers can not find a sense of social identity in their work,and they are often abused in their work,so their sense of inferiority and aversion to work will arise spontaneously.On the one hand,urban management and law enforcement officers are faced with an ever-increasing workload,and on the other hand,they are deeply affected by the negative reports of public opinion.Both of these two aspects make urban management law enforcement officersl face greater work pressure.This kind of work stress has affected the physical and mental health of law enforcement officers to some extent.The main content of this paper is to interview and investigate the urban management law enforcement officers in ZZ city,so as to further analyze the source of work pressure faced by the urban management law enforcement officers at the grass-roots level in ZZ city and the actual situation of work.From work motivation and job satisfaction,stress and mental health,internal monopolization of interactive cognition,the perspectives of professional identity,the study found that although the current urban management law enforcement officers’ image in society have improved,but there are still some questions,such as individual self-awareness,organization system is imperfect and the social environment is not harmonious,etc.By designing a questionnaire,this paper imported the investigation on the causes of pressure on urban management law enforcement officers into the data analysis software STATA16.0,made a descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of the causes of pressure,and tried to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the pressure on urban management law enforcement officers from three aspects:national legislation,organizational care,and personal improvement.This study is to understand the significance of urban management law enforcement personnel working pressure status;analyse the urban management enforcement work pressure structure,provide theoretical basis for the reform of the urban management in-depth;At the same time,relevant policies and guidelines should be constantly established to pave the way for better urban environmental management and other aspects of management. |
