| With the increase in population density,the complexity of personnel has increased,the contradiction between population and land has become prominent,and the diversity of urban management has emerged.Due to the wide coverage of urban management work,and the popularization of the concept of ruling the country by law and the popularization of public service concepts,directly providing public services to the public The specific executive organs are receiving more and more attention and supervision.The heavy work tasks and the negative public opinion in the society have made the grass-roots urban management officers face tremendous work pressure and severe challenges for the body and mind.This thesis mainly defines grass-roots urban management officers and occupational stress through literature analysis,and collects existing theoretical models and occupational stress scales.Then,through in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,some grass-roots urban management officers in District A of Tianjin was investigated,and the results of the survey were analyzed and summarized using quantitative analysis.Finally,it summarizes the current situation of occupational pressure affecting the grass-roots urban management officers in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and low personal accomplishment.And analyzes the sources of stress including six aspects of work itself.Through the research in this thesis,on the one hand,it is conducive to maintaining the physical and mental health of officers,and further forming a virtuous work cycle;on the other hand,it is conducive to improving the level of social governance management of government departments,improving public satisfaction,and thus enhancing the credibility of the government. |
