An Empirical Study On The Occupational Belongings Of Urban Management Law Enforcement Officers In Jinnan District

As an individual’s psychological feelings,evaluations and behavioral tendencies towards their occupations,the sense of professional belonging has a very important influence on the construction of professional teams,the human resource management of public organizations,and the improvement of work performance.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,reforms in the field of urban management law enforcement have been continuously developed and improved.As the specific implementers of urban management administrative law enforcement work,the professional sense of belonging of urban management law enforcement officers should be given full attention.Only by paying full attention to the professional emotions and psychological ideology of urban management law enforcement personnel,and improving the level of professional belonging,can the law enforcement effectiveness of urban management law enforcement personnel be more effectively brought into play,promote the close integration of personal and professional urban management law enforcement personnel,promote the effective implementation of urban management policies,and contribute to urban economic and social development.This thesis focuses on the professional sense of belonging of urban management law enforcement officers in Jinnan District,Tianjin.Through the analysis and sample investigation of the current situation and problems of the professional sense of belonging of urban management law enforcement officers in Jinnan District,Tianjin,this thesis elaborates the current status of the current situation of urban management law enforcement officers in this area,and explores the reasons for its formation,and test the mechanism and effect of the sense of organizational support of urban management law enforcement personnel on the sense of professional belonging under the mediating effect of occupational embedding.Research shows that the level of professional belonging of urban management law enforcement officers in Jinnan District is overall low,organizational support and professional embedding significantly positively affect the professional sense of belonging of urban management law enforcement officers in Jinnan District,and the sense of organizational support has a significant positive impact on the sense of professional belonging through part of the intermediary effect of occupational embedding.Based on the research conclusions,this thesis focuses on two aspects of improving the sense of organizational support and professional embedding to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the promotion of the professional sense of belonging of urban management law enforcement officers in Jinnan District,Tianjin,and formulate feasible implementation plans.
