| The development of a city can not be separated from the urban management.The level of development of the city,thirty percent relies on construction,while the other relies on the management.Urban management is not a silent topic that will change over time.Effective urban management can create the greatest value for economic and social activities,make the city more suitable for living,working and traveling,and provide an ideal environment for the work and life of urban residents.With the development of urban,urban management plays an increasingly important role in urban development,and the good construction of urban environment can never be imparted from the hard work of the officers of urban management and law enforcement.It is more important to highlight the important role of people in urban management during the construction of "people oriented" Harmonious Society.In recent years,the contradiction between the officers of urban management and law enforcement and merchants continue to emerge,and the negative image of rude law enforcement of the officers is all over the place.This article starts from the performance appraisal of the urban management and law enforcement personnel,and explain how to use the performance evaluation,the key mean,to limit the rude law enforcement and specify the law enforcement behavior.Based on the officers of urban management law enforcement,this article introduces the details of officers’ management detachment.And through the analysis of the problems in performance appraisal,it proposes some personnel assessment methods for H to improve the urban management detachment of law enforcement.Taking various factors into account,In order to improve the efficiency of urban management,ease the contradiction between urban management and merchants,establish a civilized image of law enforcement,achieve the purpose of building a livable,harmonious and civilized city.At present,the studies almost pocus on urban management or performance evaluation alone,and there is little study connecting the two factors.This article is aimed at bringing inspiration to other urban management and law enforcement personnel performance evaluation through this study,and at the same time,lays the foundation for the decision-making departments to explore the path and mode of urban management development. |
