Study On The Cultivation Of The Public Moral Literacy Of Farmer From The Perespective Of Rural Revitalization

In the face of the new development situation,the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party put forward new requirements for rural revitalization.Our country put the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization on the important agenda.At the same time,the CPC Central Committee highly summarized the strategic deployment with “five sentences and twenty words”.At present,our country must take the general requirement of rural rejuvenation strategy as the guide when we continue to promote the construction of new countryside.But rural revitalization involves a wide range of projects with strong systems,In this process,we must attach great importance to the two key issues of moral construction and spiritual civilization construction.Whether the strategy of rural revitalization can advanced by these two factors.Public morality occupies a fundamental position in the whole moral system.In a sense,it is an important measure of social civilization and an important factor to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of social economy.Farmers’ public moral literacy is the foundation of the whole rural moral system.Our country is a big country with agriculture as the main factor,the rural population accounts for the majority of the national population as the main force of rural revitalization,the cultivation of farmers’ public moral literacy is particularly important.In the course of the research,the author went to Duma Township to make a thorough and extensive investigation on the research subject.Using questionnaire method and investigate and analyze the present situation of public morality of peasants in Duma Township.On the basis of this,we find out the problems existing in the public moral literacy of the peasants in Duma Township,analyze the reasons and formulate the corresponding cultivation plan to improve the public moral literacy of the peasants in Duma Township.The article is divided into five parts: The first part mainly includes the research methods,innovation points and shortcomings of the background research on the topic.The second part mainly introduces the concept of public moral literacy the main content of public morality the strategy of rural rejuvenation and the status of farmers’ public moral literacy cultivation in rural revitalization and the new requirements of rural revitalization for farmers.Part three discusses the current reality of farmers’ public moral literacy in Duma Township.Part four makes an in-depth analysis on the present situation of farmers’ public moral literacy in Duma Township.Part five is a strategic consideration on how to cultivate public moral literacy of farmers in Duma Township.
