| In recent years,the Chinese government has issued many documents to encourage the integrated development of "sports + tourism".Driven by consumption upgrades and policy dividends,sports tourism has ushered in a golden period of industry development.Folk sports tourism,as a new form of tourism produced by the integration of sports,culture and tourism,has gradually become the focus of the development of sports tourism.In the development of folk sports tourism resources,the government plays an indispensable role,and it undertakes multiple responsibilities such as planning,protection,development,supervision,management,and promotion.How to locate oneself in the development of folk sports tourism resources and optimize the performance of functions is a problem that the Chinese government needs to solve urgently.This article takes Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Enshi Prefecture)as an example,using literature data method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.On the basis of investigating the status quo of government functions in the development of folk sports tourism resources in Enshi Prefecture,it explores its existing problems and reasons.The study found that the Enshi prefecture government has played an important role in the development of folk sports tourism resources,and it has made great contributions to cultural development and infrastructure construction.However,there are still problems such as insufficient policy planning guidance,limited financial support,inadequate market supervision,low level of cultural development,imperfect infrastructure,and weak awareness of publicity and promotion.In response to existing problems,this article puts forward suggestions on optimizing government functions such as "optimizing macro-control","strengthening market supervision","improving cultural development" and "improving public services",with a view to further effective my country’s folk sports tourism resources Development provides reference and reference. |
