Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of my country’s market economy, enterprises have increasingly higher demand for financing in the course of their development. The pursuit of maximization of financial benefits has created convenience for financing activities outside the legal norms.Under such circumstances Strictly regulating illegal financing activities that exceed legal boundaries and imposing corresponding criminal penalties are important means to maintain the socialist market economic order in my country at this stage. The most typical one is the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits. This crime has a wide range of stakeholders and is likely to cause chaos in the financial order, thereby intensifying social conflicts. At present, the number of crimes of illegally absorbing public deposits in M District of Shanghai accounts for 12% of the total number of people registered in the district, ranking second among all crimes. The classification correction research for this group is of great significance to reduce the risk of recidivism and maintain financial order.Previous studies focused on the crime in the field of law,and there are few studies on economic crimes from the perspective of social work. This study conducted a qualitative study on 10 community corrections subjects based on the development of group social work.In practice,it was found that the community corrections subjects of the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits had a strong awareness of "unjust" and were participating in community corrections. In the process, negative emotions such as depression,anxiety,resistance,etc.appeared.Therefore,under the guidance of cognitive behavioral theory, this research uses cognitive behavioral therapy to show the cognitive transformation process of community correction subjects’ "unjust" and its enlightenment to social work services. This research first analyzes the performance of community corrections’ cognition of"injustice" from the physical, psychological, and social dimensions;under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory, from the catharsis of "injustice",the dilution of "injustice" to the resolution of "injustice" This process helps community corrections subjects to change their cognition of "unjust" so that they can gain emotional energy such as self-identity and sense of value,self-confidence and hope in this process;in the process of analyzing "unjust" cognitive changes On the basis of the characteristics, the author has refined the mechanism of "unjust"cognitive change of community correction objects. The study found that the changes in cognition of "unjust" among community correction subjects showed differences. The example of peers is an important factor in the change of "unjust".On the basis of classification correction, peer education plays an important role in community correction. The integration of emotional catharsis, generality of experience, acceptance, implantation of hope and other therapeutic elements in specific social work service practices can effectively help community correction subjects to resolve and change irrational cognition, eliminate emotional barriers, and enable them to better rebuild themselves and be positive Accept community corrections to improve the correction effect and help them integrate into society better.
