Minors are a vital force of a society. How to help them grow healthily and healthily has always been a common concern of the state and all walks of life. For this reason, the state has invested tremendous manpower and financial resources in the prevention of juvenile delinquency, which has reduced the juvenile delinquency rate in China year by year, and even become one of the countries with the lowest juvenile delinquency rate in the world.One.However,there are still many minors who go astray and take the road of breaking the law and committing crimes.Juveniles suspected of committing crimes need to face punishment as well as corrective education. Therefore, how to help minors involved in crime to carry out corrective education has become a common concern of relevant departments of the state and scholars in the industry. In recent years, the judicial social work has been developing day by day.Its service concept is in line with the juvenile judicial concept. Its service content and service skills are very suitable to intervene in the correction education of juveniles involved in crime at present, thus helping the juveniles involved in crime to better reintegrate into society. As a marginal group in society, juveniles involved in crime are facing the problem of behavior correction and social integration. Therefore, this study chooses cognitive behavioral therapy model as the theoretical framework of practical intervention, relying on the People's Procuratorate of JN District of Chengdu, through case intervention on the spot,to explore the specific process of cognitive behavioral therapy model intervention in the behavior correction of juveniles involved in crime. This professional intervention based on cognitive behavioral therapy model has achieved good results in the behavior correction education of the case owner Xiao Y.In the process of practical intervention, the author also found a huge space for social work to intervene in the behavior correction of juveniles involved in crime and a good effect of cognitive behavioral therapy mode to intervene in the behavior correction of juveniles involved in crime. In this study, the author finds that juveniles involved in crime are in the golden period of education, and they are very suitable for the service group to use cognitive behavioral therapy mode to intervene.Cognitive behavioral therapy mode pays attention to the interaction between cognition and behavior, which can optimize the corrective effect and continuity of the deviated cognitive behavior of juveniles involved in crime, and at the same time, the juveniles involved in crime. In the state of corrective investigation and the judicial support of public prosecution law organs, the intervention process and effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy model can be guaranteed to the greatest extent. In the whole intervention process, the main roles of social workers are guides, contacts, witnesses and influencers. However, the recognition and correction of irrational cognitive behavior by cognitive behavioral therapy model depends on people's subjective judgment and feelings. Therefore, the initiative and enthusiasm of the clients will directly affect the intervention effect of cognitive behavioral therapy model, which is a major limitation of cognitive behavioral therapy model. In a word, although there are some limitations in the intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy model in the behavior correction of juveniles involved in crime, from the perspective of the intervention process and effectiveness, the intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy model in the behavior correction of juveniles involved in crime still has good results and positive significance, which deserves our further exploration.
