In March 23 2019 China and Italy signed"One belt one road",where Italy became one of the first G7 member formally joining the project. Both China and Italy have a long history of civilization and cultural exchanges."One belt one road" has become a new opportunity for China to communicate with western countries,in fact China has actively participated one belt.one road initiative. At the same time Italy has become one of the major overseas investors of C.hinese enterprises meta. This paper analyzes the current phenomenon of China’s merger and acquisition of Italian football clubs in order to explain the most basic economic and political factors and results. However, first of all,we need to pay attention to the changes of football business, because football has become a real entertainment industry, sports performance is not anymore the core of this sport discussion, more important is the long-term effective projects. In fact, the current football business model has international characteristics, and European football clubs receive a huge amount of foreign capital every year.Through the reflection of European case studies, the author introduces the main factors of the current international model of football industry.Secondly, this paper will analyze the most symbolic cases of Chinas acquisition of Italian football club.In the study of economic and political factors, attention will be paid to the characteristics of Sino Italian cooperation. For example, the long-term project of President Xi Jinping includes the China dream becoming the strongest football in the world. So it can be said that football is an important national affair in China now,as most popular Chinese newspaper report:"sports power is an indispensable part of China’s dream of national revival".The case study of Italian football club perfectly shows the strategy of cooperation between China and Italy:although they are Italian company with a long history, having new Chinese investors general hope is to solve the incorrect strategy and failure for many years soon.Through the study of this phenomenon,we can not only prove the benefits of the new football business model, but also explain the potential interests of both Chinese investors and Italian football clubs. For example,Chinese enterprises can learn how to improve the level of domestic football clubs and use the influence of football to make more money by acquiring Italian football clubs. At the same time, the Italian football club can solve the current economic crisis. In fact, although Massimo Moratti(former owner of Inter Milan football club)has been a very important image of the Italian football club for a long time, but he was forced to give up the club and look for investors more suitable for the new football business model. Therefore, the current football business model shows foreign investors very special profit opportunities, they know how to use the brand or popularity to attract more business partners and fans.Readers will find that football business has abandoned the logic of state and individualism and become a real international affair. Finally, this paper will summarize the characteristics of China’s acquisition of Italian football clubs, emphasizing the influence of economic and political factors,as well as the results for China and Italy. The author hopes that the conclusion can also inspire others to continue the researches in other Italian markets, because when Italy needs partners with the same purchasing power,at the same time there are many Italian industries in which Chinese investors can obtain benefits. If Sino Italian cooperation can continue to make progress, they will have the chance to become one of the most competitive markets in the world.
