Research On The Promotion Of Practical Literacy Of Ideological And Political Education Talents In The New Era

Ideological and political education is an important work for safeguarding the safety of national ideology,training socialist builders and successors,and is an important guarantee for advancing the overall development of the cause of the Party and the country.In the new era,with the deepening development of economic globalization,social informatization and cultural diversification,China is facing prominent instability and uncertainty.Therefore,it is the most critical task to firmly grasp the discourse power and dominant power of ideology.Ideological and political education should be treated from the height of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,building a great modern socialist country,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Under such circumstances,as the undertaker of ideological and political education,the practical value of the talents in ideological and political education has attracted much attention and become the talent resources urgently needed by our country at present.The ideological and political education talents have rich literacy.Compared to their theoretical literacy,its effect has a direct correlation with work practice literacy especially.So the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents has important research significance and deserves attention.The research topic of this paper is the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents in the new era.And it is divided into five parts.The first part combines the current domestic situation and the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents to discuss the research background and significance of this paper.Combining the relevant articles and comparing the relevant research conclusions at home and abroad,clarify the research ideas,methods and new directions.The second part explains the relevant concepts,clearly defines the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents,and puts forward the elements of the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents.The practice theory of Marxist classical writers,the practice view and talent view of successive leaders of the Communist Party of China jointly constitute the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part discusses the practical significance of ideological and political education talents in the new era to enhance their practical literacy.The fourth part,taking the ideological and political education talents in Y city as an example,obtains the current situation of practical literacy through in-depth interviews with 12 representatives of ideological and political education talents.And based on the above empirical research,analysis the four factors that restrict the improvement of the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents,which are the subject of talents,the object itself,the training unit and the environmental atmosphere.The fifth part proposes strategies to improve the practical literacy of ideological and political education talents from the three levels,respectively are the talent subject,the training unit,and environment optimization.
