| In 2013,China has put forward the "One Belt and One Road" initiative that embody the development idea of toleration and open,as well as win-win corporation.So the initiative gained support more than 60 countries around the world once it has been put forward.However,the US,whose overseas interests all over the world,reflected lukewarm about the "One Belt and One Road",initiative.It is important to analyze the cognition of America about "One Belt and One Road" initiative.Because of this background,about the cognition of America to "One Belt and One Belt",author do some research on four aspects as follows,such as the cognitive background,the cognitive contents,the cognitive characteristics and the factors that influence America’s cognition.In this text,the America’s cognitive contents has been emphasized,for example,the View of New Century Marshall Plan,of China’s Regional Economy Rebalancing,of China’s Asia-pacific Rebalancing,of China’s Continuing Huai-Rou Policy and of Sino-foreign Win-win Cooperation.Then on this basis,three cognition characteristics and four influence factors have been analyzed.The author considered that the America’s cognitive process about "One Belt and One Road" was full of theatricality,and the cognitive attitude changed from boycott originally to acceptation recently.In this progress,three characteristics were reflected in America’s cognition,firstly,the cognitive contents was too subjectivity,secondly,the attitude towards AIIB has changed,thirdly,the purpose of hegemony-maintenance is explicit.The reason why American society appeared such cognitions and whose cognitive attitudes changed like this are that some American observers’inherent Cold War thought,cultural differences between China and America,economic interests conflicts between two nations,and national strategic security.These four factors mentioned above,contributed to the logic of generation and change of America’s cognition about“One Belt and One Road" initiative.Furthermore,with Donald John Trump be in power,the US new government’s attitude toward "One Belt and One Road" will have a new change.Trump is a man who has many years of business experience,and with strong business nature,he is great at calculation,so,for the interests of the Unite State,the possibility of Sino-America cooperation on "One Belt and One Road" maybe ascent greatly.But,Trump has a background of Republican Party,so,maybe he will be hostile to "OneBelt and One Road" unceasingly.Thus,China should do some preparation well in two-sided,on the one hand,China should continue penning and tolerating for the cooperation in any time,on the other hand,China also need nip in the bud and be ready at all times to compete with the US. |
