| As an important part of China’s higher education system,private colleges and universities have trained a large number of practical talents with professional skills for various industries and made great contributions to the social and economic development.In 2016 and 2017,the state issued a number of policy documents,Decision on revising the Law on the Promotion of Private Education of the People’s Republic of China and Opinions on Encouraging Non-Governmental Forces to Run Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Non-Governmental Education,to further deepen the development of privately-run higher education.The number and scale of privately-run colleges and universities have been growing,their levels of education have been gradually enriched,and the quality of education has been continuously improved.At the same time,the limitations and problems of private colleges and universities themselves have also been exposed,and the quality of running schools is uneven.The problem of teacher loss has always been one of the important factors hindering the development of private colleges and universities,private colleges and universities have begun to explore effective ways to solve the problem of teacher loss.Chongqing J School is a typical private vocational college.In recent years,it has been faced with the problem of high teacher turnover rate.The frequent loss of teachers has a negative impact on teaching and management.On the one hand,the normal teaching order has been impacted,and the teaching continuity cannot be guaranteed.On the other hand,it brings great difficulty to teaching organization,teacher training,teacher development and other management work.Based on this,this paper takes Chongqing J School as an example to carry out an in-depth study on the problem of teacher turnover.The research was carried out by literature review,questionnaire survey,case study and other scientific research methods.First of all,through the literature review method to study and review the related concepts and theories of staff turnover,and summarize the domestic and foreign research status of private university teachers management issues,laid a theoretical and empirical basis for further research.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the teachers in Chongqing J School to find out the problems and summarize the reasons.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies suitable for the development status of Chongqing J School.Research using scientific research methods on the whole,the theory and chongqing J school teachers combining the actual loss problem,on the one hand,discusses the issues of private college teachers management,on the other hand for chongqing J school which could solve the problem of teacher losing provides advice,will solve the problem of teacher losing in management practices for its provide reference strategy,implements the certain theoretical and practical value. |
