Public Opinion Response To Food Safety Internet Crisis Of Local Government

Since the beginning of this century,China’s economic and social development has been rapid,both economic strength and social culture have made great progress.While attaching importance to economic development,the state attaches more importance to the people’s livelihood,and has also raised to a higher standard the prevention and control of major public health emergencies and food safety issues.With the popularization of the Internet and the continuous innovation and emergence of new media such as the media and official account,if the network public opinion problem cannot be well handled,the result will enlarge the small problem,aggravate the big problem,and involve and sustain the negative effects,which need attention.Among them,food safety incidents are more concerned by public opinion,spread faster,and have a worse impact.It is one of the key issues for the government to deal with the food safety network public opinion effectively.This paper uses the comprehensive emergency management theory and life cycle theory as the analysis framework,selects Liaocheng City of Shandong Province as the research object,and studies the response and management of food safety network public opinion.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this study,expounds the significance and value of the study,explains the importance of the study,and makes an objective comment on the previous research literature.The second part is about the definition of related concepts and the accumulation of theoretical basis,which mainly defines the concepts of local government,food safety and food safety network public opinion,defines the research direction,and accumulates the comprehensive emergency management theory and life cycle theory.The third part is the analysis of the relevant elements of the evolution of food safety network public opinion,to ensure a deeper understanding of food safety network public opinion.This paper analyzes the relevant elements of the deepening of food safety network public opinion,including the elements of the evolution cycle,the internal influencing factors and the role of the government in it.The fourth part is the case analysis,in order to ensure a more in-depth grasp of the actual situation,this paper makes an in-depth study of the typical cases of Liaocheng City.And summed up the main problems of Liaocheng current food safety network public opinion management: lack of public participation in the process of public opinion processing,lack of positive interaction with the media in the process of public opinion processing,lack of prevention and emergency management,lack of food safety supervision and so on.The fifth part is the proposal of countermeasures and suggestions.This paper combines the theory with the actual case problems,through the appearance of the problem to see the essence,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the management of network public opinion,mainly including: paying attention to the analysis of public opinion and increasing the network public participation,strengthening the media interaction and strengthening the construction of media ethics,emphasizing the prevention first and constructing the emergency management mechanism,and strictly improving the management And strengthen food safety supervision.
