| In recent years,Internet public opinion has become an important factor influencing government,corporate decision-making and corporate image.Internet public opinion has penetrated into all levels of society with its unique tentacles.If online public opinion is not effectively controlled,it may develop into rumors.In addition to the fact that online information has always been one-sided and fragmented,and the ability of netizens to distinguish between high and low,it may cause rumors to get out of control and become a focal event.In particular,when the government and other institutions are involved,it may lose the trust of the people,greatly damage the credibility of the government,and cause the government to be seriously hindered in taking the next step.Therefore,the government must be aware of the importance of formulating an online public opinion supervision system and constructing a supervision system.The development of online public opinion cannot be left unchecked.The government must play a guiding role,tell the truth on behalf of the government,and curb the spread of rumors in a timely manner.At the same time,when the government manages the network environment,it must promptly use legal means to promote the creation of a network governance system and strengthen network supervision.This article is based on the network public opinion on food safety issues in Chengdu.It uses literature analysis,comparative research,empirical case analysis and questionnaire surveys to put forward the government’s public opinion control problems,and use relevant theories to propose solutions.First,analyze the background and significance of online public opinion and food safety,and analyze the domestic and foreign research reviews through a variety of research methods;secondly,through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that Chengdu’s food safety online public opinion responds to the current presence of online public opinion monitoring.Insufficient,inadequate response strategies for online public opinion,backward monitoring of online public opinion,low control of online public opinion over new media,and lack of professional online public opinion personnel;again,the reason is that the lack of government awareness leads to the disposal Passive online public opinion,the government’s lack of relevant policies to respond to online public opinion,the government’s failure to focus on network power and the lack of relevant experience in building professional network platforms,and the lack of relevant experience in the government’s emergency network public opinion supervision team;finally,using relevant theories,proposed to strengthen the importance of online public opinion,Continuously improve the public opinion response methods,improve the supervision technology of online public opinion,establish a sound media guidance system,and improve the team building of online public opinion. |
