Research On The Optimization Of Government Response Mechanism Of Network Politics

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the four comprehensive" strategic layout.In the grand goal of building a socialist modem country in an all-round way,it made a specific prospect of basically modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity by 2035.The modernization of national governance pays attention to the enthusiasm and initiative of all sectors of society to participate in politics,and pursues freedom,democracy,fairness and justice.How to provide convenient conditions for public participation in politics is one of the important prerequisites for the modernization of national governance.In recent years,with the rapid development of social and economic,network development is also increasingly popular,the internet is increasingly influencing the political,economic and culture development of China,the Network Politics has become a new product.In the network politics,government respond to the opinions and suggestions of netizens with a positive attitude,standardized process and rigours system,and the decisions were made timely and reasonable,which is not only to adapt the development of the Internet era,but also is the objective requirement of transforming government functions.This paper takes H district of T city as an example,and takes these theories as the basis.The research and analysis of the government response to online questioning used the literature research method,quantitative research method,case study method,and interview method.Select 3592 pieces of data from government responses to online politics in H District of T City in recent three years,and use SPSS and StataMP software to conduct binary logistic regression analysis on relevant factors such as response duration,response department,number of response characters,and explore the significant factors and influence degree that affect the effect of government response;At the same time,select representative netizen messages and government responses such as demolition and resettlement,old community governance,and winter heating for case analysis,and summarize the problems existing in the current government response mechanism through data analysis and case analysis.As a new model of "Internet plus public governance",online politics has become an important way of national governance and public participation.It has broadened the channels for public participation in politics,promoted the pace of development and reform of government departments,constructed a new online political landscape in China,and promoted the reform of social governance concepts.The study found that the main factors affecting the normal operation of the government response mechanism are:there are weak ideas,indifferent attitude,and lack of ability of the response subject.The response process has problems of poor transfer,low quality and low efficiency;Lack of information sharing,incentive reward and punishment,supervision and supervision system.By analyzing the internal causes,it is concluded that there is a gap between the response subject and the digital government construction standard,the response process is not closely aligned with the public’s real needs,and the response system and the network governance laws and regulations system have not formed,which are the main causes of the problems.Then,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the government response mechanism from three aspects:optimizing the construction of the government response subject,the government response workflow and the government response system.Finally,we will make future prospects in terms of building a cooperative decision-making mechanism,optimizing real-time data sharing,promoting the construction of smart cities,preparing online think tanks for political affairs,and developing virtual interactive platforms.
