| With the continuous deepening of China’s anti-corruption struggle,the requirements for the party to manage the party and comprehensively and strictly govern the party are constantly improved.As the specific executor,the comprehensive quality of the cadres of the discipline inspection and supervision organs directly affects the implementation of the party’s decision-making.In the human resource management system,performance management is in the core position,which is an important tool to enhance the competitiveness of the organization.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a sound and scientific performance appraisal system for Discipline Inspection and supervision organs,and give full play to the incentive and guiding role of the performance appraisal mechanism.This paper selects the performance appraisal system of X County Commission for Discipline Inspection as the research object,combined with the theoretical knowledge of performance management,through literature research and questionnaire survey methods,objectively and systematically describes the current situation of the performance appraisal work of the unit.Through the research,it is found that there are many problems in the current performance appraisal system of X County Commission for Discipline Inspection,which does not really play the role of incentive and guidance of performance appraisal,and needs to be improved.In order to solve the above problems,combined with the survey results and a large number of literature research,this paper summarizes the existing problems and makes a deep analysis on the causes of the problems.On this basis,comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process,Delphi expert consultation method and other methods,with the optimization objectives and principles as the direction guidance,targeted at each link of the performance appraisal system In particular,according to the principle of post classification,three sets of quantifiable evaluation index systems are designed according to the different post types of X county Discipline Inspection Commission,which realizes the combination of generality and individuality,qualitative and quantitative.Finally,the paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the long-term operation of the performance appraisal system.The research in this paper has played a certain reference role for other county-level discipline inspection and supervision organs to carry out performance appraisal work. |
