| Under the background of the gradual aggravation of the aging of the population in China,the aging problem has also brought great challenges to the status quo of the pension in China.With the development of society,the traditional pension model has been difficult to meet people’s needs.Community endowment is different from institutional endowment and family endowment,which has become the preferred way of the elderly.Drived by big data and the Internet,"Smart endowment" combines community endowment with information technology,which has unique advantages.This paper aims to study the existing problems and solutions of community smart endowment service,so as to provide more accurate and high-quality services for the elderly.This paper takes Pingshan Community of Fuzhou City as the research object,firstly analyzes the background and significance of smart pension,research progress at home and abroad,the difference between smart pension and traditional pension,and relevant theories of smart pension,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo of smart pension in Fuzhou,and analyzes the existing problems of smart pension service in Pingshan Community of Fuzhou through questionnaires.Finally,based on the experience of smart pension in urban communities at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of smart pension service in Pingshan Community of Fuzhou.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:the problems of smart pension in Pingshan Community of Fuzhou include:the implementation of industry standards and policies and systems is not in place,the professional degree of pension service personnel is low,the promotion of smart pension is not strong,and the informatization construction is backward.At the same time,the author also draws on the experience of typical cases at home and abroad,such as telemedicine service in the United States,intelligent furniture in Japan,Hangzhou Shangcheng Smart Elderly Service Platform and Wuhan Qiaoxi Smart Elderly Service Platform.Through the combination of the two,and aiming at the existing problems,the author draws the following solutions:Strengthen the linkage between departments,strengthen policy support,expand the total amount of financial investment,create special financial funds,and strengthen the participation of diversified subjects in elderly care services;Strengthen the training and attention to professional talents,improve the construction of volunteer service team;Further strengthen the re-education of the elderly,based on the needs of different elderly oriented;On the basis of information technology,the intelligent elderly care information service platform is created,and the information archives of the elderly group are counted by big data.This paper studies the community wisdom endowment system of Pingshan Community in Fuzhou City from a new perspective,which provides theoretical reference for the development and improvement of the community endowment system,and provides theoretical guidance and support for improving the social organization ability and improving the quality of community endowment.It is of practical significance to solve the problem of aging population in Pingshan community of Fuzhou and the dilemma of supporting the elderly. |
