With the continuous progress of scientific and technological means and social economy,China’s agricultural economy has entered a multiple transformation stage,from relying on land,labor and other resources to relying on technology,capital and other factors of production.After entering the new era,each transformation formed in the development of agricultural economy in China will pose new challenges to the intrinsic value of agricultural economy,and also put forward new requirements for the government’s behavior in agricultural economy.On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the relevant research literature of government behavior in the process of agricultural economic transformation,this paper defines the meaning of agricultural economic transformation and government behavior,and lays a theoretical foundation for the article.After expounding the necessity of government regulation and control in the process of agricultural economic transformation,this paper selects Jianli City of Hubei Province as the research object,first expounds the current situation of government behavior in the process of agricultural economic transformation of Jianli City,Hubei Province.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that there is still a lack of understanding of the objective laws of agricultural economy,market research and analysis deviation,and practical application The main reasons are the lack of market-oriented mechanism,such as the lack of awareness,lack of market supervision and so on.Finally,based on the above research and the actual situation of Jianli City,Hubei Province,this paper puts forward targeted improvement measures from four aspects: changing government functions,carrying out personalized management based on market demand,improving various working mechanisms and improving the policy support system,so as to provide ideological support for further improving and optimizing government behavior in Jianli City of Hubei Province.This study selects Jianli City of Hubei Province as an actual case,analyzes the relationship between government behavior and the process of agricultural economic transformation from the theoretical perspective,and formulates corresponding optimization measures combined with the actual situation of Jianli City in Hubei Province,which can effectively improve and improve the actual situation of Jianli City in Hubei Province,and add a part of the relevant research fields of government behavior in the process of agricultural economic transformation At the same time,it can also provide some reference for other similar areas.
